    Hey Kalarie. I know i'm boring, but I don't understand why Crystal Onix can't be catchable. I know this pokemon wasn't catched in the anime, but this is a pokemon game, not an exact copy of the anime. There is not a lot of legendary Pokemon in the orange islands so it can be a special Pokemon...
