Pokémon-related:
It has now been around ten years since I first got interested in the Pokémon media franchise. It all started with a Pokémon card giveaway at a friend's birthday party, which was also my first introduction to trading cards. Soon enough, I purchased Blue version, then Gold and later Crystal. I eventually sold all my Pokémon cards, an action I now regret. Only recently did I start playing the games again; this began with my decision to purchase Pearl version, which has quickly led to me also buying LeafGreen, Emerald, My Pokémon Ranch (gotta have Mew), and a Prima Pokédex. As I type this, I am continuing work on my National Pokédex. I have collected ~300 different species. I still have a long way to go, and then there are still the Battle Tower and Super Contests.
Not Pokémon-related:
I am a seventeen-year-old computer geek, gamer, and general Nintendo fanboy. My first experience to video games was Super Mario Bros. on my father's old NES. At that age, I don't believe I ever got past World 4-1, and there only through the use of the first warp zone.
In "real life", I am an Honors/AP student and will be a senior in high school in the fall. I recently got a 5 on the AP Computer Science exam. I'm totally unathletic, but I try to exercise regularly. I also enjoy reading and other scholary pursuit. Oh, and I have a bottomless stomach, but most people would not consider me overweight.
I suppose I'm a relatively boring person, or I just can't think of anything else to say about myself. Usually I'm not one to toot my own Rhyhorn.
Oh, I guess I shouldn't have put that stuff in Biography. Hobbies: Video games, other games, technology, reading, eating, overanalyzing, failing epically
