Some of the things you pointed out are quite valid, such as the game locking up when walking next to the door, i noticed that myself, but that actually only happens that first time, after you exit and re-enter, it won't happen again. The tile issues for the grass and roof are also constructive...

Don't really care either way. When it gets to the point that i can't even wait for an extra 3 second cinematic to finish without raging, i'll know my attention span is shot.

I'm going to play blindly, take my sweet time and grind when i feel like it. I'll only refer to wikis/walkthroughs if a certain pokemon/item is eluding me.

If you can go beat up on the E4 millions of times, I don't see why they won't let us take on the gym leaders again, just for something different, it gets boring doing the same 5 battles over and over again/

I hated the new game corners :'( i always liked waltzing into the game corners and dropping cash like the high roller i was. playing the slots is for fools who can't make more than 10,000 pokedollars. real men win battles and take people's money so they can buy 5 porygons at the game corner for fun.

My first playthrough is always with new pokemon, and I always pick the ones i find most appealing, be it aesthetically or type wise. I personally don't feel the need for it, but I also don't see the harm of adding it for the people who do want it, not like everyone would be forced to put accessories on their pokemon. however, i don't see it happening, especially with the new dynamic battle style, just seems like too much...

I can definitely get behind the idea of mid battle evolution, seems more dramatic, which i love.

I always go with Alex, not one for outlandish names, like keeping it simple, keep my own name and my pokemon's name, no nicknames for me, they seem cheesy.

I would kill for a pseudo-legendary poison or poison/dark type, just seems like a beast combo. also, the comment about a mechanized tyrannitar made me chuckle. when i read it a picture of mecha-godzilla popped into my head lol

Can't go wrong with a fire-fox for a starter. That is, unless you turn it into another fire/fighting type down the road :/

Would love for it to happen, multiple save files=a play through with each new starter without having to delete my old save and old pokemon/transfer them over (which takes forever!). unfortunately, multiple save files=everyone trying to clone pokemon as well :(
