Is there something wrong with Togepi? Kept soothe bell on him for a long time and he's now level 31 and still hasn't evolved. I doubt he hasn't hit max friendship yet, not with a soothe bell on him for 20+ levels and never fainting once.

Woah, weird, my Venipede evolved at level 22 and became a level 19 Whirlipede. What the actual fuck lol ... Okay, leveled him up to 22 again, and he evolved again to become a Scolipede and skipped to level 24. What is even happening!?

Picked fire starter for Orange Archipelago and the pokemon learns only grand total of 3 useless moves (we have flamethrower already...) by level 40. What's the point? Way worse than anything you can find in the wild.
