    Is there a doc for ALL the changes made to every Pokémon? It seems some regular Level evolutions were increased as well.

    I'm aware. What I was saying is that, it shouldn't. We should be able to easily delete HM moves ourselves. Because having to backtrack to a PC to get a different Pokemon to make use of HMs or having to go to the Move Deleter because you're locked out of certain areas is an absolute pain.

    You're welcome From my knowledge, you would need to patch the ips into a ROM with Lunar IPS and then change the rom into a cia file with GBA VC Injector I've tried doing it myself a few times but to no avail. I've never had any luck doing this and would always result in a permanent black screen...
