    So they are shiny's for everyone with a shiny pretty much and not for everyone as the name of the thread implies.

    I'm confused. So not just anyone can get a shiny? You have to have a shiny that you don't have to get another one? Well I don't have any shinys let alone one that you want so how exactly is this helping people get rare pokemon easier?
