    I stumbled upon the same problem. When I talk to daisy, she says some show went well, and neither Seel or Misty appear (which they should, as I saw in a video). What can I do about this?

    If you have an ice-typed pokémon with you, you can get ice beam east of the city with the ice gym. In the house on the square, east of the tower, there is a guy who will give it to you. BTW, doe antone know where to get the TM for psychic?
