    Changing it to .seen actually does work, I just discovered; I just couldn't place .owned and .seen one after the other. As for having to do it for every trainer, I don't; I just have to do it for every Battle CD I make, which isn't that big of a deal. Once again, thank you for your help!

    I've always wanted to try a solo run with Mudkip, so I guess him. If I were to evolve him, he'd be able to take care of every gym no problem. Plus, he learns all the HMs you would need to know to navigate Hoenn and all its dungeons!
