    Hi. I've been surfing on Route 229 for about an hour now, and there is not a Blastoise to be seen. Is it definitely there? Coarse version for reference. Edit: When the day changed and the Pinsir swarm on that route ended, Blastoise started showing up like normal. Shrug.
