Thanks everyone! I tested it and it's definitely about leveling up. Also, when I put out the wiggler they level up after defeating the opponent. So you guys were exactly right. :)
Awesome; I wasn't sure anybody would even know what I'm talking about. Is there a certain number or percentage of experience a pokemon will need for it's ball to wiggle?
Before you select to fight, the upper-left section of the touch screen has pokeballs and sometimes one of them rocks side-to-side. I don't think the wiggling pokemon has super-effective attacks against the opponent. I've been told that it means the pokemon is close to leveling up but I haven't...
