imma make assumption since this was stared in 2019 that the answer is no. but you know what people say about assumptions.

no its a starter, i didn't even know you could catch a starter. like i figured the starters would be like gift mons or trades a later on i didn't even consider they could be caught because thats usually not the case. i guess that does kinda make sense now that i think about it, its a bob-bomb...

hey so what is the disobedience to power-stars cap? i have three stars but my level 30 bob-bomb wont listen. level caps are also off. i know in red its 25 until misty, then every other gym gives you another 10 levels. but with this game i have 0 clue.

so while it does indeed look promising if i can't play it then all that promise goes down the drain. so for now i'll give it a 6/10 since i can't play it it feels only fair to give it a middle of the road number.

ok a few updates, first while yes this mod is on steam workshop for whatever reason it cannot be read by the game and just doesn't show up at all.

i'll download this and test it out, once im done ill update you on my thoughts [not that anybody cares what a nobody like me has to say.]
