I’m not sure what you plan to use to do this or which rom. I would use Advance map P.E.T. and PKSV with sapphire Ruby or Emerald personally. I don't think it would be too hard to do what your suggesting as long as you have sufficient knowledge of the programs you wish to use and I know you tube...
