    Best place for HP imo is the first route in the game. There are plenty of level three Bidoof; use the Macho Brace, and it'll go very quickly.

    I'd like to contribute the notion that a Calm Mind Alakazam is next to useless. When, except for the rare, rare occasion like the Skarmory example above, would Alakazam ever be able to pull off a CM without taking a physical hit immediately afterward?

    It really depends. If you're using a Bronzong that heavily depends on Hypnosis and Dream Eater like I do, it could certainly be a great help. Personally though, I don't use it, as my Bronzong is also a Sandstormer and needs Smooth Rock even more.

    Like Zyph said, build a team or teams. Try a Sinnoh Dex-only team for lots of fun.

    Nah, save the Master Ball for Mesprit. Dialga/Palkia are very, very easily caught with Ultra or Dusk Balls. I only used one Ultra Ball to catch Palkia after whittling his health to a sliver, no status conditions needed.

    Not really, sorry. :/ The second battle did up your level to 100. My Empoleon's Ice Beam is 4X effective against your Torterra (he's Grass and Ground, which are both weak to Ice), which is why I won. I used Empy since I knew you'd be using Torterra.
