ok i am in a huge problem, i just beat petalburg gym where you then get surf from wally, now i have to use surf acrosse the river or whatever PROBLEM is i dont have a water pokemon and i dont have a fishing pole! so how do i solve this glitchy puzzle? cuz u can only get a pole right now in this...
