need ho-oh when im on the hunter's house no one is in there :) no sign of Ho-oh though

i go inside. but there is no one there :D on the previous post i read about the destiny thinggy . is ho-oh located before the hunter's house ? or maybe the thing is ho-ho is on the destiny place somewhre and then if u find him/her there he will roar and flee away on hunters house lolol

I Found The Dive Spot on ho-oh but ho-oh is not there :D what should i do? pls tell i really need that ho-oh's item :D XD sacred ash

im having a hard time with the cinnabar after i get rid of the wailmer on the shore i went to cinnabar isle and defeat blain and he didn't give my 7th badge? why is that?or i have a quest before? that?i need dive!! btw. :D
