Covenant orb evolves the 4 gen 1 trade evos. Heart stone evolves Espeon, Xatu, Azumarril, Politoed. You should be able to steal Miracle Seed off some grass mons, easiest probably Oddish and Gloom. No idea about Flash.

You can use any patcher that handles ups files. I usually use this one: https://www.romhacking.net/patch/ Abort means ignore the checksum mismatch.
