Well, you have to consider their attention span, the vocabulary they have at that age, the capacity their brains can hold...things like that. So it limits you when you want to teach about something that you feel there's more to than just a and b and c, if that makes any sense. And yeah, that's my goal!
Ah, they're definitely not for everyone. The one I went out for is a co-ed music fraternity, so it's perfect for me. Don't know if I could really explain them that well for you though, haha. But the one I went for helps out with the different music programs on campus, so things like providing water for the marching band, setting up chairs and such for concert and jazz bands, cleaning the entire music facility, etc. Other fraternities do other things, but idk a lot about them.
