I am Tom, from India - age 21 and residing in capital city, New Delhi, begin playing pokemon games since the first release of Pokemon Yellow on GBC (on my Java phone actually);
It took me about a week to leave my house, i couldn't see the red carpet on my house door; or may be I loved my mom (Mrs. Ketchum infact) too much to leave.
Then I didn't knew about HMs, so I crossed the big cave for cerulean city in around four months without using flash.
I didn't knew I could run from wild pokemon battles or change Pokemon at all during battle because battle options were written in such a way, and I would blame game graphics.

But when I left the cave, I had a nidorina(Lv.40), a Primape(Lv.35) and Pikachu(Lv.33).

I never lost a Pokemon Battle since.

I am also a writer, a filmmaker and an actor.
