will nintendo be able to track if you have "legal IV" or not on wi-fi? and how bout world champ, do they check and how do they know?

Hello! I was just wondering how can you tell if a pokemon's stats/IV are legal or not? And, say for instance, there is a pokemon with the legal stats and IV, if it was brought to world championship, will Nintendo be able to verify if the pokemon stats/IV are real or not?

just a quick question, if I have a pokemon with Max IV in all the stat already, will EV training have any effect on its stat boost when it levels up?

but think about it, if the location of the pokemon u get bak from GTC does not specify the area but only the region, then its impossible to tell where it came from exactly. Plus, if the base stats r within a good range where it is possible to have max IV if say the pk was caught legitimately...
