Yes, Riolu evolves the same as in the normal games.

The Polished expansion isn’t developed yet. I’m working on getting a method set up to introduce additional move slots, but that will take a while.

Leaf/Fire/Water/Thunder can be bought at Shopping Mall Nine. You can also find some in the overworld. There is a Leaf Stone in Lostlorn Forest and a Water Stone in Castelia City on the pier. You can also get one of each from a house in Accumula Town.

You can buy them in the Virbank Game Corner. There is also one in Reversal Mountain and in Dreamyard.

The EV/IVs are set up like in Gen 2, so instead of IVs, there are DVs that go from 0-15. There is a guy outside the Pokemon World Tournament who will tell you your Pokemon’s DVs.

Natures aren’t implemented in this version.

Not available in the current version. The GBC only has enough room for 253 Pokemon using 8bit identifiers, so the Pokedex was chosen from a mix of the first 5 generations, with some being cut to save space, like Druddigon, the elemental monkeys, etc. I’m working on an update to use the Polished...

Yes, it’s not a guaranteed catch though. It’s a 5x modifier compared to a regular Pokeball on turn 1, so a little more than twice as reliable as an Ultra Ball, but depending on the target Mon’s stats and catch rate, this could still be a low chance, especially since it will be at full HP on turn 1.
