I use https://www.bizarre-host.com/ right now, i'm getting my own in the future. With bizarre-host I have c-panel, 1gig space, 2gig bandwith, php, mysql, cgi, email, subdomains, ect. all for just $20 anually.

((It's just that I'm used to RPGing at EXTREMELY populated boards that have like 1,000s of users on at the same time. On those boards stuff is more random then organized.)) Bashou: Let's see... Call out the Pok?mon.
