My brother somehow accessed my Shield save data while on HIS Home. He threatened to steal my Jirachi lol. I asked him how he did it and he refused to tell me. Does anyone know how he accessed someone else's data? Can't you only access the data specific to each profile? Maybe I'm wrong...

I've been shiny hunting and using false swipe a lot recently, and I've been wondering about this. I've never seen a Pokemon do it, but it keeps worrying me. I'm pretty sure they can't, but confirmation would make me feel better lol. (Currently in battle with shiny Nickit and stressing T_T) edit...

Hmm, too bad. Thanks for the other information though, it's very useful! I was trying to increase Toxel odds but found a shiny in 44 encounters, right after posting this lol. I'm tempted to find another for its second form, though.. But I'd like to use Synchronize so I couldn't utilize those...

I don't mean shiny odds, just increasing the chance of encountering the same Pokemon again. I've googled it but everyone seems to only talk about shiny odds. (Even though that is why I want higher encounter odds lol)
