Just like in the Pokedex it says "If it seneses sadness with its fluffy fur, a Blissey will rush over to the sad person, however far away, to share an egg of happiness that brings a smile to any face." in Emerald version Pokedex. Also Blissey's egg has strange "powers" in Leaf Green Version it says "Anyone who takes even one bite of Blissey's egg becomes unfailingly caring and pleasant to everyone." Blissey is also one of the pokemon that has a very high Hp stats and a very high Sp. Defense. In Japanese Blissey's name is "Hapinasu":t242:
