    The great Tin Tower!

    Celestial Tower is my favorite for Black. When I first became aware of a roaming Tornadus, I went to the top of the tower and rang the bell. The clouds moving below and the sound the bell made would be a perfect intro to a fateful encounter. Needless to say, I was disappointed when nothing happened.
