Ok here we go, My name is Ben, but my friends call me Benji. I have only recently got in to pokemon essentials, and i have got quite good a mapping and eventing. However i suck at scripting and making art such as banners titles sprites..etc. I would post screens of my work from playing around...

So im making a pokémon game using 4th gen sprites (dp,hg,ss), and i was wondering how i can insert new door animations. Also if there was any website or image that contained door animation for some of those 4th gen buildings. Thanks for any help

Well i did not find a pokemon essentials section on the Pokemon community website, either way i thought it would probably be apply to rom hacking anyway. Anyways thanks for the heads up, guess i have to get to work making door animations.

So i'm relatively new at making a Pokemon game. I'm using several tilesets that are public use. However many of the tilesets i use do not come with door animations. Am i missing something, or do i have to make them myself. It puzzles me because many of the tilesets im using are hg ss or platinum...

Hey im working on a pokemon hack and i already changed the grass to a different image, adn changed the palette and im very confused on the hex editor and so forth, please help
