i dont talk about those 2 ghosts:( what should i do on the main quest?

i'm currently in Celadon city. The old man in the house which has 2 ghosts in the back yard told me to wait in his house because he got to buy some stuffs what should i do next? sorry for my bad english !

i can't catch Landurus, i had Thundurus and Tordurus, i clicked to the house but i doesn't appear p/s: i'm vietnamese so my E is bad T___T may be i made some mistakes
