    hmm, you dont mention how many evs it gained. if you dont put in evs into the calculator you will get a completely inaccurate answer.

    your empoleon is not very good, it has a great special attack so perhaps surf instead of hydro pump, also ice beam is handy for dragons and a fair few other pokemon. drill peck is good because it covers his weakness to fighting. i cant see the use of mist but then its entirely dependant on your...
