    Exactly as the title says. Do stat changes affect a z-moves power? Let's say I use nasty plot with naganadel then use Z-move Draco meteor turning it into devastating drake. Does devastating drake as a special attack get the boost from nasty plot?

    Legal Pokémon for VGC 2018 USUM?

    Wow that's crazy, thank you for sharing that. Since X Y and ORAS use pokebank too, I guess any Pokémon you can get from pokebank if you can breed it in USUM you can play it? Seems a little complicated. So I guess basically all Pokémon are usable.

    Legal Pokémon for VGC 2018 USUM?

    From the rules I've read you can only use Pokémon caught in usum for the new vgc, yet under the category on Pokémon showdown people are using all sorts of Pokémon not included such as Amoongus or aegislash. Am I missing something? Are they catchable or in the National Dex somewhere? I haven't...
