Will Gen 9 Mons be in the next version

Tried playing a couple years ago but I gave up due to the rare candy cheat not working. If Gen 9 mons eventually make it in I'll play it again (Nothing against the other Emerald Roms that have gen 9 Mons in it)

I downloaded the game, playing on normal mode but can't change my mons abilities, have them all set at the level cap like before, and the guy outside the Violet City gym won't give me unlimited nuggets like in the original. Any advice/tips

Looking at the PokeMon locations but for some reason now that it;s updated I can't find the following PokeMon and their locations Heatmor which is now Fire/Ground with Earth Eater so only weak to Water (Yes I know its 4x weak to water) Rilou/Lucario Paldean Starters. I plan to pick Mudkip
