I'll be getting mine on release day! I preordered X at my local GameStop (which won't be open at midnight - damn it!), and preordered Y+extras at Amazon.co.uk - so I'm excited to see, when it'll arrive from there! But my main game will be Pokémon X.

I've ordered the blue XL system. I already own a red 3DS, but will need a trade console anyways (since I'll be buying both games, and will trade with myself - I'm unsocial that way! ;)). My main game will be X, because I like the legendary much better!

Okay, so I am new to this P/D world. What in the world is a shiny Pokémon, why are they rare and how do you get them? (I'm getting the game for X-mas - but shhhh, my BF doesn't know that I know ;-))

Well, I haven't played any DSi games yet, but with the GB games, I always found that I liked the Crystal/Emerald games better. More plot, which I love. CAN'T wait for the Platinum to be in my X-mas presents this year (which I knoooow it will, lol)

Haven't played yet, but I'll go for the fire one. They always do well as starters... :) Which is because I'm getting Platinum for Christmas... Can't wait!!!
