No, but the Raikou's only gone up one level. The flygon's gone up by like...five. The Mew is UT, though. Shinies are, since I haven't been huning, Torkoal, Ralts, Noctowl, Golduck, Pachirisu, Wingull, Psyduck, Kricketune, Miltank, Starly, Shinx, and Fearow.

I've been encoutering a rediculous amount of pokeradar shinies...and I don't know why. I'm not using an action replay, so what could be the problem?
