    Is there a certain amount of times you need to battle a certain trainer before their Pokemon start getting stronger/evolving? Or anything else special you're supposed to do? I've fought the first Psychic below Veilstone about 10 times and his Pokemon still haven't grown at all.

    I am thinking of training up a Skarmory, and I would like it to have Roar and either Stealth Rock or Spikes. What are the differences between Stealth Rock and Spikes? AND SO Which would be better for Skarmory, Stealth Rock, Spikes or both?
