    Joy seeds effect in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon

    I've been trying to see if joy seeds give the same stats as a level up, or they work like the rare candies in other games, which give less points. Has anyone checked this out?

    Simple Questions

    I can't beat Moltres to get through the story mode. Charmander at level 20, Pikachu at 21 with no objects right now. I'm trying to grow some extra levels but it's getting annoying. I can't just beat Moltres. And even having trouble in the Peak dungeon. Any suggestions? Thanks!
