4th Gen Magikarp evolve Help!
Hi all, new to the forum and first time playing pokemon. Started by helping out my kid, and found myself addicted, so fun! Having a problem trying to evolve the MagiKarp into Gyardos. I leveled it up to 21 and it started to evolve and then suddenly stopped. Any explanations or assistance...- bleekfcf
