What do I do if when I try out entering a cave i edited, the screen goes to black nothingness after displaying the name and picture of the entrance in LG. (You know, like if you entered Diglett's Cave)

How do I fix the tools i have so i can use them? like, everytime i try to use AdvMart, PA, and Advanced Text, they dont work and I get a popup saying "Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid" For AdvMart, the fiel is 'COMCTL32.OCX'.
