The first time I played through the elite 4, i actually didnt beat it entirely by myself... I accidentally let my younger cousin play my Platinum game and he was playing the Elite 4 with my level 50-60 roster, which was in no shape capable of creaming the Elite 4 and he managed to get through...

Just wanna clear this up - the swimmer in the pool nearby the Ribbon Syndicate says something about a huge fish/Pokemon being able to be fished out of the waters in the Resort Area - I'm guessing thats the Magikarp, right? And yeah, I've seen a lvl 80 Magikarp there with my Platinum too.

I do like how theyve made all the previously simplified/disappeared places available in Kanto, like Cerulean Cave and the Seafoam Islands (at least I hope there'll be a puzzle to Articuno). Those places were key to making Kanto a great place to (re)visit and thats what made the originals kinda...

^ I wonder with the partner pokemon now being able to stand outside, if Red's Pikachu will actually stand by his side as his partner? haha But I wonder if theyre gonna change the location and scenario cuz technically speaking, it doesnt make any sense for Red to be just at a dead end of a cave...
