exactly my point, power herb allows moves that require a building up stage to skip that building up stage. so instead of gathering light, Houndoom would use solarbeam instantly. Power Herb can be bought at the battle tower for 48BP I think. It works on moves like dig and fly and such.

Who do yall think is the best physical attacking electric pokemon with a decent amount of speed. I was thinking Luxray, but then Electivire came to mind. But is there any other PHYSICAL electrics that are fast?
