Do you think the evoling stones are a waist of time?
I do for this fact: Evolved pokemon do not learn moves as quick as baby pokemon, sure the pokemon look cooler, but I think moves are more important than looks.
I don't think nintendo really care for the humans, just the pokemon, that is why the came is called "pokemon" and they probably didn't want to take more time to put in a human hopsial or police stations
ovverated: Pikachu, Eevee, Every fire starter
Underrated: Magikarp-very strong once evolved
sorry for double posting but I think bidoof in undderated, he is very strong especially when you first face him as a wild pokemon in the beginning of platinum
Pokemon was very popular way back when it came out and that is all we kids had really. Nowadays we have all types of new shows and toys. The anime shows have really been awful recently and kids these days want to feel more grown up and not be into kid things.
Here is my guess: Since pichu is the baby and we know everyone loves babies and pikahcu is the star of the show and ash's main pokemon. So Raichu has nowhere to shine
