    How To Read A Binary Hack

    I'm brand new to Rom Hacking. I have a Rom Hack that I'm trying to get information from (Pokemon locations). However it's in Binary and GitHub says binary content isn't editable. How do I view this in a way similar to https://github.com/pret/pokecrystal/tree/master?

    FireRed hack: Digimon Nova Red ver. 3.1 [COMPLETED] [UPDATED 8.12.2022]

    Finished it and greatly enjoyed it. The only problem is that several TMs are missing which bothers me. The TMs from the Game Corner and 4 5 6 7 islands it seems.
