Thank you for your input. The artwork was like that of a promo card for this set but it didn't have "Vivid Voltage" printed on it like the promo card did. Knowing everything else that you pointed out now, it makes sense. Now I just have to figure out how I'm getting fakes in my collection and...

Found this card in my collection. Almost everything I have is from packs I have opened. Very, very few individual cards have ever been purchased. But this card doesn't make sense. Any input would be appreciated.
