    5/10 - COTD - Deoxys (Attack) (EX: Holon Phantoms)

    I call useless, and the weakness doesn't go with the pokemon type (even though it's exDS). 5/10

    Kinda Kingdra

    The body and dual resistances seem a bit too much, considered the huge amount of HP it possesses. I guess three energy types used to attack make up for it, even though it's not really a hard job to attach them to your basic Horsea or Seadra.

    Reasonable amount of HP to keep using the Laser, but the Hyper Beam seems a bit underpowered. I'd switch in the energy loss for maybe ten points of extra damage. Seven and a half.
