    4th Gen Stupid evos

    Some pokemon are 'novelty pokemon' anyway, like Farfech'd and Delibird. I would honestly be very surprised to see evolutions of those. Tropius needs an evolution and Kangaskahn needs a baby form.

    To add on to Jiggly's point, you should try EV training a freshly bred Growlithe. It sounds like you had already battled with thta Growlithe before EV training.

    4th Gen So is the daycare center just a pointless thing to do?

    The Pokemon Daycare can be used to level up your Pokemon after you've EV'd them. You can leave you game on overnight doing the daycare trick.
