    2nd Gen Pokemon ROM and Shiny Question

    Hey y'all. New here, and wasn't sure where to post this. But I've downloaded a Pokemon Crystal Rom to my phone and I was wondering if it's possible to encounter shiny pokemon in a rom game, just like you can on a real one. Thanks! Canth
