    [ASM & Hex] How do I change the shiny odds in all of the gen 3 Pokemon games using HxD?

    I would like to change the shiny odds in all of the gen 3 games using HxD, to 1/1365 (like having a shiny charm in the newer Pokemon games), but I don't know how. Also, how do you find the shiny odds offsets for these games?
