4th Gen IV Training
OK, I just got into EV and IV training, and the only thing I don't get is IV. I hear it is pretty hard, but I need some help. How do I get a Blissey at level 100 to have 714HP (max)? I know how to EV train it, I just need to know how to increase its IV's. If anyone can help, that would be great.- Casadity1
