Does turning evs on and off affect npc pokemon? I don't want to leave it on if they get optimized evs while I deal with random ones

Great hack! I'm only on my 1st playthrough, and the amount of extra features and goodies is a lot of fun. I actually didn't know this was open world after reading the main description. I know it's not practical to label every in game feature, but mentioning that it's open world would be nice.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a limitation of gen 3, but while fairy moves are implemented fine, the fairy pokemon don't actually have a type. They're just shown as ??? and don't get any of the resistances or weaknesses of a fairy type.
