    go to the town, you see a Wynaut and a Wobbufett come toward you. They say some stuff, and they go again. If you walk to the bulletin board at the post office, you can find a letter with some question marks at the bottom. Select that letter. When you do that, you’ll talk to W&W again, and now...

    After some time, you must find a letter with lots of question marks in it, then you'll see W&W, and you can access Uproar Forest.
