    I think I found a bug. If you teach False Swipe to Scyther, it doesn't keep the target at 1 HP. My guess is that the damage boost from Technician is being calculated after the calculation that False Swipe does to keep the target at 1 HP, so the move does an additional 50% damage and knocks the...
