For me, I'm a Ho-Oh fan. Lugia is a cool Pokémon and all, but I've always preferred offensive over defensive. And that design, IT'S AWESOME! And I've never really OWNED a Lugia, except in Firered, where I got it from the hidden Islands.
This one took a while to think up :3
Nidoking @ Focus Sash
Ability: Poison Point
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpA
Rash Nature
- Sludge Wave
- Earthquake
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
I went all offensive with this guy, Focus Sash to survive water types so I can Thunderbolt them. Seems pretty...
When I first played Crystal, I chose Totodile, but my favourite would have to be the Cyndaquil line. Typhlosion in particular. It isn't used as much as the other starters, but I personally love Typhlosion! :D
Suicune forever! With its great design, great stats, and a lovely cry to boot, Suicune has to be my second favourite Legendary. :) As for the other ones, I favor Raikou over Entei.
It was usually Vaporeon or Jolteon for me, but mostly Vaporeon. It has great defensive stats but a mediocre movepool. As for Flareon, I didn't use it too much since I almost always had a good Fire type on my team ( Charizard, Arcanine) and it's movepool isn't too great.
Ah, yes. He was quite rude, and easy to beat. I kind of felt bad for the dude at the end of the game though, poor guy. I remember calling him "COCK", and it TOTALLY fits his personality.
I like all of them to be honest, but my favourites would have to be:
1-Charizard
2-Pidgeot
3-Dragonite
4-Gengar
5-Zapdos
6-Butterfree
7-Raticate
8-Raichu
9-Dugtrio
10-Aerodactyl
The first time I played Firered, I instantly chose Charmander, thus making it my first Pokémon ever. My 6 year old self thought it's design was pretty cool compared to the other starters. I had a hard time at the beginning, going through Brock easily with Metal Claw but had a hurling stop at...
Easiest: Erika or Koga, Both of them are pathetic with Charizard to be honest, and I always had a Psychic type at the time to take care of Koga.
Hardest: Misty...ohhhhh Misty... It's easy with Bulbasaur, but man is it crap with Charmander. If you didn't get a Pikachu, you were screwed. But if...
I really just catch any Pokémon I like, or I choose to get to know a newer one. But for some reason, I have to have Charizard or Pidgeot on my team.....
Hi! I'm loving this hack so far, I really like the story and I've been having a great time! But it sure is difficult, took me a while to go through the Cave Of Illusions...
Can't wait till the next beta!! :D
