    Thank you for replying, and you are correct. He has another set, but I don't see them in the ROM anywhere.. this is probably a common issue because I couldn't help but notice the lack of popularity in editing HGSS :/ maybe it just cannot be done.

    Hello, I've been ROM hacking for a bit now but I've encountered a issue :/ I'm editing the main protagonists back sprites in a HG ROM (a/0/0/6) . I have correctly replaced what I could find.... but my edit only shows for like a split second in the begining of battle.. then changes back to ethan...
